The newsletter (articles) will focus on strategy before diving into tech. AI and automation might be buzzing, but I'm more interested in how to shape marketing processes with the right tools.
Originally, I thought this newsletter would just bring more business to my agency, High-Growth Digital. I started the agency after interviewing for full-time roles at biotech, AI, and pharma companies. I noticed teams of 8-10 were doing what I managed alone.
They seemed to think they needed large marketing and sales teams when they really needed better processes and technology. Then I realized I should share my experiences with Marketers who feel they lack a digital edge.
As a Full-Stack Marketer, I handle a lot: Shopify development, TikTok content, Meta ads, founder stress management, DNS tweaks—often before breakfast. Every day, I test new tech to see what's practical. I build partnerships with tool providers, designers, founders, and scientists. I spent roughly $10,000 on AI tools over the last six-months and will document various ones that have stood out to me. I hope you can use this as a resource when you are looking for a new tool.
Despite my 10+ years of marketing experience, and an MBA with a focus on sustaining strategic innovation, I still feel there's always more to learn. Maybe you feel that way too.
